Two charming Villas located in a luxurious Condo (7 vacation homes) just upon beach sands of Praia da Pipa, one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Space, Comfort, Privacy, and more Personal Service, for a Vacation You'll Never Forget.

The oceanfront Condo Sitio da Prainha (resort) has a private access to a beach (50 mt).

The Villas have 3 suites accommodations with a maximum capacity of 8 person (6 + 2 children), a fully Equipped Kitchen, Big verandahs with hammocks and chairs, Patio with barbecue, dinning area, living room, areas beteween 250 m2 and 350m2.

If you leave in Europe you can buy a special package in any travel agency, because we have an aggreement with a local turist operator in Portugal (CLUB 1840/ABREU). You have a choice to purchase a ticket from your city to Lisbon (Portugal) plus this package.

This package offer the trip (Lisbon-Natal-Lisbon (6,30h flight), accomodation with breakfast(for a week), tranfer in-out (airport-hotel), exclusive maid that cook, clean, wash and iron, for a price about 825 Euros per person.

The Condo has a lovely swimming pool set in tropical gardens and there is also a smaller pool especially for the children. Other facilities at the Condo include a reception, car parking, and other services (Ex. Rent a car, tourist packages reservations)

We offer you security, comfort and privacy in a 1-story, colonial style home, set on 30,000 m2 of forested (coconut tree) property. We offer you an alternative in a comfortable, friendly, home-style atmosphere, at moderate prices as opposed to conventional, impersonal hotel accommodations.
